The Buildlogic web version allows the Client Administrator give users access to see some or all jobs. User only need to see the jobs that they are working on. If a user doesn’t have access to a job, they will not see it in the job list.

 

  1. Highlight the Job and select the Edit button.
  2. Go to User Access Tab – a list of the users will be displayed.
  3. Tick the Users who need access to the job and hit the green save button.

 

  1. When the user then signs on they will have access to the job
  2. If you want to remove a user’s access, come back to this screen, untick and save.

 

Note:   The user will see the job in their Dashboard and in the Job List screen
