The Buildlogic web version allows the Client Administrator give users access to see some or all jobs. User only need to see the jobs that they are working on. If a user doesn’t have access to a job, they will not see it in the job list.
- Highlight the Job and select the Edit button.
- Go to User Access Tab – a list of the users will be displayed.
- Tick the Users who need access to the job and hit the green save button.
- When the user then signs on they will have access to the job
- If you want to remove a user’s access, come back to this screen, untick and save.
Note: The user will see the job in their Dashboard and in the Job List screen
