1. Forecasting - the forecasting screen has been changed to include a new column - Forecasted Final Cost. This column is automatically calculated when you do your Cost to Complete. There are also 5 new fields on this screen - OCV, ACV, Original Gross Profit (GP), Adjusted GP after approved changes* and Projected GP after charges* & all costs.
2. Estimating - This has been enhanced in this release. After you have imported your first Estimate, if your Estimates are similar, you can now copy an existing Estimate to create another, make changes to it and add the appropriate information and mark-up. You can then create a simple quote. If you would like to use this function and want a simple quote document activate please come back to support@buildlogic.com.au. The copy function is available from the Other functions dropdown.
3. Estimating - A direct import is now available from Cubit. Please contact support@buildlogic.com.au if you want to use this function.
4. New Report - Provisional Sum & Overspend Summary Report. This is available from Reports/Create Reports/Provisional Sums.
6. New Report - Contract Insurance & Certificate Details. This is available from Reports/Create Reports/Contacts.
7. New Report - Forecast Summary including Forecasted Final Cost. This is available from Reports/Create Reports/Forecasting & Management Reporting.
8. Bug fix - there was a problem with spend money transactions coming back from Xero. They were not appearing in the Actuals column in the forecast. This has been fixed in this release.
