1. Document Register - This new function provides you with the ability to automatically attach additional documents to a Purchase Order or Contract when emailing them from within Buildlogic application. For example, each time you send an order or contract to your Electrical supplier/contractor you may want to send the Electrical Drawings for the job.
The document below, provides you with the instructions to set up the Document Register for your site. Your Buildlogic Client Administrator will need to provide you access to this function.
2. New User Type - When setting up users in the system, sometimes there has been a requirement to have user who doesn't need to use the functions within the Buildlogic application but just want to review reports. This user type has been released in this release.
3. Buildlogic Mobile Applications - Timesheets, Supervisor Approval, Deliveries and Action Items were all delivered in this Phase 2 development cycle. All are available on IOS and Android mobile phones. If mobile applications are of interest, please have your Buildlogic Client Administrator contact sales@buildlogic.com.au to discuss further.
4, Cubit - Do you use Cubit to do your Digitial Take-offs? If yes, and you would like to import them directly into Buildlogic, please contact support@buildlogic.com.au and a consultant will contact you to walk you through the process.
5. Subbie Retentions Reminder - This is a new alert in the dashboard. When a subbie's retention is due to be paid, seven days prior to the retention return date, a notification will appear in the Job owner's To Do section of dashboard.
