1. Estimating - After importing in an Estimate, you can now delete a trade if it is not required and the Estimate will recalculate.
2. Retentions - Head Contract Retentions can now be sent to an income account and subbie retentions can now be sent to a Cost of Sale or COGS account.
3. New Report - Transactions by reference code for selected jobs for a period - shows all transactions that are linked to the Accounting System and any unlinked transactions. This report is good for Accounts to check if there are any transactions in Buildlogic but have not been sent to the Accounting System. This report is available from Reports - Category - Jobs.
4. New Report - Accounting System transaction report by account number for Period - Lists transactions in Buildlogic via the account code via job or multiple jobs and show whether the transaction have been sent or not sent to the accounting system - This report is available from Reports - Category - Jobs.
5. Variation Change - When entering the description in a Variation, the description field has been expanded to allow 255 characters. When you click on the description field a box opens to allow you to see the data as it is keyed. If you need to look at the description again, click on the field and the box will open and display the full content.
6. Bug - Variation Summary and Variation Detail report - if using Complex approval process, and a change is made after submitting to the client, the reports were not changing the amount submitted. This has been fixed in this release.
