Occasionally if a file sharing system has not been connected to in some time the 'token' will expire

The token is the key supplied by your file sharing system used to identify Buildlogic and allow Buildlogic to save files

When this token expires it needs to be reset from support

Below is an example of the error you may see which points to an expired token:


If you get an error similar to this, contact support to reset your token


Once the token has been reset you will need to reconnect your file sharing software 

Make sure you use your file sharing Administrator logon not just a standard user


To do this you will have to navigate to the System drop down 


System > Settings - File System Tab


Click to reconnect and ensure you log in with the File sharing Administrator Logon
