When you produce a document in Buildlogic it will check your file sharing software to see if a folder for the related job has been created.
If a job folder does not exist it will create one and save the file in there;
If a folder for that job already exists it will save a copy of the document you produce in the existing folder.
To cut down on junk files being saved accidently we added the preview button:
If you select the preview button it will save a copy directly to the downloads folder you have set for your browser, rather than to your file sharing system. It was implemented so that people could preview documents without sending a lot of unwanted copies into the file sharing software.
So if you want to save a copy of your document in the file sharing system when you produce it, be sure to press the 'Word','Excel','PDF' or 'Outlook' buttons.
