1. Price Lists - Access to updating price lists has been changed. Originally this function was only possible if you had Administrator permission. If you need access to Price Lists from Imports or Jobs, your Buildlogic Client Administrator will need to update your user profile .This release allow General users access to prices lists from the Import and Job dropdowns as shown here.
On selecting Price List, you are presented with a screen simpler to the following and from the Other Functions dropdown, you can select a new Price List to upload into the System.
2. Client Administrator Function to Activate Price Lists for Users - Please go to System/User and Licenses, highlight the user who needs this function and Edit. In the Modules section, highlight Core and go to the section called Function Name, There is a new option here called Show price list. Tick the box and select Save Changes. The user will now be able to access this function.
3. Word Template - Progress Claim Payment with Details - a new Progress Claim template is now available. If you have a need to produce a Head Contract Progress Claim with all line items, new tables are available for the Progress Claim Payment template. Please come back to support@buildlogic.com.au who can send you the template. This will need to be saved into your Template folder and then your Buildlogic Client Administrator will need to activate under Reports. This is the settings required to active.
4. Adding a New Contact - When adding a new contact the active box is now ticked so the contact will be active. This has been added as it was easy to forget to tick the box.
