If you would like to update an existing template you are able to do so by downloading, making changes and then uploading the template back up to Buildlogic.
To download the current template you wish to modify, navigate to the Reports drop down and select 'Reports and Templates'
Find the template you would like to update in the reports list -
For this example I am using the 'Contract' Template; highlight the contract line and open the other functions menu, select download template
The template will be downloaded to your downloads file for your browser
Open the template and make any necessary changes
Once the changes have been made save the template to ensure the changes are saved
Ensure the correct line is still highlighted and open the other functions menu, this time we are going to select 'upload template'
When you select upload template you will see a menu pop open under the table, click choose file and select the updated template that you just saved.
You will notice the name of the file you selected is now displayed next to the choose file button, you can now select the upload file button and this will upload the updated template against the line you selected
