1. Announcement - Release of a new Cashflow Module - In this release we have pushed to production a new Cashflow module. The Cashflow module allows you to produce the cashflow which can be produced as a pivot table and graph. You can do a Cashflow over one job or many jobs at the one time. If you are interested in the Cashflow module, go to the Buildlogic Knowledge base icon, search for Cashflow and you will find a new document with the costs and setup instructions should you chose to purchase licenses..
If you chose to implement Cashflow, please send an email to sales@buildlogic.com.au with the number of users who require a license. Buildlogic Support will update your module count and once this is done your Buildlogic Client Administration can allocate the license to the appropriate users.
2. Deleting Purchase lines - This release allows you to delete multiple lines in a Purchase order, A good example when you might use this option is if you copy a purchase order and need to delete some lines off the new Purchase Order.
To use this function, tick the box to the left of the lines you want to delete and go to other functions and select Delete Selected Selected Rows.
3.. Deleting Multiple Purchase Orders = This release allows you to delete multiple Purchase Orders at the one time. Go to your purchases list and tick the box next to the Purchase Orders you want to delete and then from the Other Functions option select, Delete selected purchase Orders.
NOTE: If the purchase order is linked to your Accounting System, it will need to be unlinked first before you can delete it. You may not have permission to do this. You will need to speak with your Buildlogic Client Administrator.
4. AS Feed Change - With this change, when you are working in the AS feed and a transaction comes across from the accounting system with multiple lines on it for different jobs, you only need to code the lines that apply to your job. The other lines can then be coded by another user when they look at the AS feed for their job.
