1. Release of Buildlogic Mobile Site Diaries - as part of our Site Supervisor suite of mobile applications, today we released Site Diaries. This completes the suite which now also include Action Item, managing deliveries and Timesheet Approvals.
The Site Supervisor Moible Suite is charge on a per usage basis every 4 weeks and costs $7.50 plus gst per site supervisor per week. Please contact sales@buildlogic.com.au if you want implement to make sure you have enough mobile app licenses available.
To access information on Mobile Site Diaries, go to the Buildlogic Knowledge and search for Site Diary and download the document.
2. Purchase List - a new option has been added to the Jobs dropdown against purchase - Show all jobs.
3. AS Feed - Enhancement - copy down function - the new button highlighted in red below, next to the refresh button, is a copy down button. If you want to use this function, as shown in the Trade column, go to the first item and code it and then press the copy down button. The information you selected will be applied to all items under it.
If some line items need different information, you can edit them before you Save.
You can use this function for trades and reference codes.
