The button highlighted in red below, next to the refresh button, is a copy down button. If you want to use this function, as shown in the Trade column, go to the first item and code it and then press the copy down button. The information you selected will be applied to all items under it.
If some line items need different information, you can edit them before you Save.
You can use this function for trades and reference codes.
