1. New Add-on - Gantt Chart - the ability to create a Gantt Chart against a job has been pushed to production in this release. If you need more information about the Gantt Chart, please go to Help, bottom left of screen and search for Gantt. A document is available explaining how to use the Gantt Chart and costings.
You will need to advise Buildlogic, how many licenses are required and your Client Administration will need to allocate those licenses to each of the users.
2. Cashflow - Income and Balancing grids - 2 new grids have been added to the Cashflow. The income grid allows you to Cashflow the income out by month.
The balancing grid at the bottom shows the difference between income and expenditure.
3. Email function - The ability to send an email from the Notes tabs within in Buildlogic was only active on certain functions. In this release this function has been added to the Notes tab against every function.
4. New functions in Note Tabs - the following has been added to the all the Note tabs in Buildlogic. This allows you to produce more customised notes and emails.
5. Client Administrator Function - Limiting who can link/create jobs in Accounting System - The default when setting up a user is the ability to link/create a job in Accounting System. If you want to limit this function to only specific users, go to their user, highlight Core and in the functions at the bottom untick Sync with accounting system.
