Reports in Buildlogic Web have been moved to a centralised location and split under headings relating to what they are reporting on.


To access these reports you will need access to the report drop down menu at the top of the screen, if you do not have this and believe it is required speak to your site administrator for Buildlogic.


From the report drop down select 'Create Reports'

You will be taken to a screen with a few headings that will help you find the report you need


Select a category: This is the heading that indicates where the report is drawing information, in this example we are looking at forecasting and management reporting.

Select a Report: This selection is the list of reports saved under that category.

Filters for Report: Some reports have certain filters which you can use to further define the data produced in the report, the filters vary between reports but generally include things such as date ranges and job selections.

Example Image Of Report: You will notice at the bottom of the page is an example image of that report, this is for reference only to help give you an idea of which report you have selected. The data is unrelated to your system it is just an image of an example report.


The report used in the example above needs the forecast to be run before the report can be opened - 

If you are having trouble opening a report try running a forecast and navigating back the the report and running it again.
