Data syncs are essential to ensure Buildlogic is operating with the most up to date information -
As such the sync is set up to run automatically 3 times a day
Generally the automatic sync times are 12Noon, 3pm, 4am
If you wish to run a manual sync this can be done by following the steps below, when a manual sync is requested it is scheduled to start in 5-15 minutes from request.
Admin User:
An accounting system sync can also be run manually at any time by the user by navigating to:
System > Accounting System Info > Edit > Login tab (Run Sync)
General User:
If you have been given access to run the accounting system sync as a general user you will notice a sync option in the top menus, if you hover over this you will see an option to run the accounting system sync. When you select this the sync will begin, please allow a few minutes for this to complete. Depending on how much data there is in your system this can take up to 10 minutes.
