1.    Insurance Certificates - As we move towards the release of a subbie portal for contractors to process their claims in January 2022, the first change has been released in this release.  


Against a contacts details on the Certificates tab is a new Other Functions dropdown.   


From this dropdown you can upload a copy of the relevant Insurance certificate.   Once uploaded you can use the Download Insurance to retrieve a copy of the document when required.


A new folder called Contacts will be created in your directory structure and within the Contacts folder, there will be subfolders for each of your suppliers/subbies with the documents your uploaded.



With the new portal, early next year, if a supplier/subcontractor has documents stored in Buildlogic against their insurance details, when they do their claim this information will be provided with the details that are on file and will be requested to load updated documents before submitting their claim.


If you are considering giving suppliers/subbies access to the portal, then you can start to upload their insurance now.
