1. Estimate Detail Screen Enhancement - Adding a Line - A new option has been added to the Other Functions dropdown. If you select a line in your trade by clicking on the box to the left and go to the Other Functions dropdown, you can now insert a line above the selected line.
2. Cashflow Enhancements - The Cashflow can now be done by Trade or Claim Stage & Reference code. If you don't have the Cashflow module activate but would like to use it, please send an email to support@buildlogic.com.au and they can activate. The Cashflow module costs $10 per user per month and will be added to your monthly subscription fee.
3. Timesheet Review - Sending selected Employees to Accounting System - When using Buildlogic timesheets on the web or mobile, when processing these timesheets, in the Timesheet Review you can now filter for a specific employee and send that employees hours to the Accounting System. Search for the employee and select the send button.
4. New Release Notes Icon - this icon at the top of the screen, will flash with a red dot when changes to the application are pushed to production. Please make sure you read these notes.
5. Additional Navigation Changes in Job Trades - Two changes have been added in this release. When you open your job detail screen, you can now jump between trades while working in a job and the moving between jobs has been made simpler by .the introduction of a dropdown job list on the orange navigation bar.
6. Cost Plus Progress Claims - Some Cost Plus contracts require you to provide the client with a copy of all the invoices with your progress claim. This release allows you to create a zip file with all invoices that are on the current claim by selecting the small cloud icon shown below.
A zip file is created with all the invoices and saved into your download folder on file storage which can then be emailed to your client.
For this to work correctly, you must have saved a copy of the invoice against each transaction on the current cost plus claim.
