Job completion percent ties in with the dashboard widget and can be calculated in a few different ways, you can modify how the job percentage calculates by following the steps.
If you wish to change the calculation option, you will need Buildlogic administrator access.
Navigate to System > Settings > Others Tab - Job percentage complete calc method - Choose a suitable method and save.
The 4 available options are outlined below:
- Manual
- The percentage can be entered manually in the Edit Job module > Details tab
- The percentage can be entered manually in the Edit Job module > Details tab
- Progress claims against ACV
- The percentage will be automatically calculated, based on the total dollars claimed vs the total ACV amount.
- Invoices received against budget
- The percentage will be automatically calculated, based on the total amount of invoice received purchases vs the total budget allocated to the job.
- Forecast final cost against budget
- The percentage will be automatically calculated, based on the final cost entered in the forecast vs the total budget allocated to the job.
