1. Buildlogic Admin Function - New Progress Claim tab - System/Settings/Progress claims - this enhancement has been added in this release. The BL Client Administration can set a default retention based on a Security Type. Each time a new job is created, this will be the default against all jobs. It can be changed if required.
2,. Search All Jobs/All Purchase Orders - a change has been made to this search feature. Currently if you search All Jobs/All Purchase Orders, the sort returns all Purchase Orders in the system even it the job has been archived. To speed up this search function, any purchase orders against archived jobs will no longer show. If you need to find a Purchase order against an archived job, you will need to search archived jobs and find the job with its purchase orders.
3. Blank Purchases Orders with no detailed lines - Currently if purchase orders have been raised and they have no purchase detail lines, they will appear against every job when you do a list of purchases per job. Going forward this has been changed, If there are any purchase orders without detailed lines, they will now appear against the job where they were created. Currently, some clients want to raise a PO number and don't have the detail lines to add, just raise the PO from the purchase list against the Job you want the PO to be allocated too and it will then be available for that job when you are ready to add any details.
4. Update forecast function from Forecasting & Management Reports - As these reports are driven by the forecast, a new button has been added where you can select up to 10 jobs at a time and run the forecast on those jobs without leaving the Create Reports screen.
