This i release has a few navigation enhancements and the release of a new module.
1. Navigation Change - On the left hand side of the estimate and job screens is where there is a list of modules that you have access too., A change has been made to the panel to eliminate the need to scroll if you have access to a lot of modules. The below is an example of what the new panel looks like.
2. Attachments on Notes tab against Functions - If you have been attaching documents on the Notes tab against various functions in Buildlogic, to view all those documents you needed to go to the Notes tab. To speed up this process, at the bottom of each function, for say a purchase order, when viewing the Purchase Order, there is a new dropdown that will display any attachment relating to the Purchase Order. See example below, highlighted in yellow.
3, Report Change - Projected Profit for Selected Jobs - in late December, a new version of this report was pushed to production.. A new column called Projected Profit before Cost to Complete has been added and few of the headings have been changed to make the report clearer.
4. New Module - Subbie Payment Portal - Are you subbies capable putting in their own claims? Perhaps they could use the new subbie portal. A few clients have been using this for the last 6 months and now it is released for general use.
