The Buildlogic application allows users to enter time on behalf of other users, 

To assign who can enter time on behalf of others, you will need access to the "assign timesheet users" menu.



Setting up the Administrator: (access to the assign timesheet users menu)

Any user who has access to the Web Timesheets module can decide who is able to enter timesheets on behalf of others, if they are given access.

First a Buildlogic administrator will need to give a user access to see the menu.

Navigate to System > User & License > Hit Edit on the user > select the time costing & web timesheets module, this will open up a functions menu underneath.

Select the "assign users" function for any users that need the ability to access this setup screen.



 

When this function is ticked the user will gain access to "assign timesheet users" in the timesheets menu at the top of the screen.



Open this menu and you will see a list of your timesheet users, on the left you can select a user and on the right, you can choose who they will be able to enter time for.


In the example below Mobile User will be able to enter time on behalf of Aaron Thornton & Test User
