1. Cashflow - a small change has been added to allow the number of months after the job completion are displayed in the Cashflow grid. There is a new setting that your Buildlogic Client Administrator can set on the System/Settings/Other Tab.
Please be aware, this setting affect all cashflows set up against any job in the system.
2. Subcontract Letting Change - on the budget tab on a subbie contract, each line had a box on the left hand side that can be ticked and a new button - insert selected into contract. You can tick each of the lines you want to be copied to the contract Details tab. This will become useful when adding lines to an existing contract. Note: if you want to copy all lines, this is still available via the copy button on the Contract Details tab.
3. Upgraded Mobile Functions - We are currently in the process of moving clients who use our current mobile functions to the new upgraded version. To try and not cause any great disruption, we are moving clients who are using timesheets and purchase orders only. Those clients using a combination of Site Supervisor functions - Deliveries, Action Items, Purchase Orders and Site Diary will be contacted to move in due course.
4. Additional Mobile Functions - Site Supervisor functions (note - the site supervisor functions is chargeable - $28 per site supervisor per month) - If you give users access to any of the site supervisor functions - see 2 above for list, they will also see 2 new functions that have been added. They are Site Activity and Site check-in code.
Site check-in allows the site supervisor to display a QR code to anyone that comes onto the site. The person can then fill in their details and this then will be registered in the site activity form. When site diaries are release under the new version, the information collected via this function can be incorporated into the site diary if required.
Note: The Site-check in code could also be printed and positioned at any entry point for people to check in.
5. Two New Reports - Subbie Portal - these can be accessed via Reports/Create Reports/Contracts and Contract Variations.
These reports will show information of when a subbies portal email was sent and whether it has been responded too. The report is either by Client Administrator/Job or by Supplier/Job.
6. Job List - Opportunity Type which is defined on the detail tab against a job been added as a column to the Job List.
7. Gantt Chart Changes - An addition line has been added to the top of the Gantt - Job as per the Contract, The second line is now the Job Scheduled timeline.
