Creating a Job

To create a job in Buildlogic,  once the quote has been accepted, it is recommended to check all information on the estimate detail tab, especially the sell price to the client.    Check the job type is correct as this cannot be changed after creating a job.     The total quoted amount is what will be taken across to the job as the Original contract Value (OCV).  A job cannot be created unless a client and a client rep have been selected against the estimate,  and this is showing on the estimate detail tab .

In the edit details of the estimate there are two buttons on the right-hand side of the screen.   These are used to create your job.     You have two options create job and create job with gross values only.  The gross values only option removes any blank lines and trades in the details of you estimate. Once clicked your estimate will be converted to a job and open in the job details screen.
