To create a field user:
*If a contact card already exists in MYOB*
Navigate to Contacts > Import accounting system contact and import the contact to your Buildlogic contact list. (skip to 3.0.)
If you're creating a new contact start here

Navigate to the contacts menu at the top of the screen
Open the contact list
Hit +New to create a new contact card
Enter the required details and save - (The contact type should be employee)
Email is a required field when creating the contact
Firstname/Lastname are required fields when creating the contact
When you're happy the contact card has all the required info

You can select 'Add timesheet user' in the details tab of the contact card -
This button will automatically create a new user for you, assign that user a mobile application license and set the linked contact for that user as the contact card we just created.
When the new user is created- Navigate to System > User & License and hit 'Edit' on the user that was just created
Here you can make any necessary changes and send the user an invite
Hitting the send invite button will send an email to the user containing their default password to log in
