1. 2Factor - 2Factor Authentication is now available in the Buildlogic software. It can be turned on for specific users or for all users. If you would like to have this feature turned on, please send an email to support@buildlogic.com.au. If it is for specific users only, please provide their signons (email addresses). Note, that the authentication cookie in the software expires every 2 weeks.
2. Mobile - Deliveries - In this release there has been added an additional option where you can select partly delivered and then you can record what has been delivered. You can select to Accept items in full or the number received.
In the web, there is a grid that shows this information on the delivery tab against the Purchase Order.
3. Bank Details - There is now a new option under Core/function name where the Buildlogic Client Administrator can stop a user from having the right to change any bank details - Can edit contact bank account details.
4. QR Codes - If you use the Buildlogic QR codes, previously you could only QR code into and off a site. With this release, you can QR in and out of site many times on the same day. Useful if you want staff to QR code of at lunchtime.
5. Site Activity Tab on Web - Again, if using QR codes on the mobile you could see the activity against a job in the mobile function. In this release, there is now a new tab against a job called Site Activity where you can also see this information. From this tab you can export the information out to Excel.
6. Job Summary on Dashboard - If you use the Job Summary widget on the Dashboard, two new fields have been added - Projected GP and Projected GP %. These 2 figures are the figures after Cost to Complete has been done in the Forecast.
