1. New Function - Subbie Contracts and Price List - In Buildlogic, you have always been able to use a price list when creating a purchase order. This function has now been added to Contracts. Some users want to manage large supplier orders via a contract in Buildlogic, which allows them to see the total commitment from day one instead of waiting for invoices to be submitted.
On the Contract Details tab in a Contract, there is a new option - Priced items. From here you can select one or many items from your price list to be included in your contract.
Note: This option is available when you create the original budget. Once the contract is let, the option is no longer available.
2. New Function - Buildlogic Admin User function - When looking at your list of users - System/User & licenses, some clients have users that have been ticket as Deleted. The list now only displays active users. Tick the box, highlighted below if you want to include deleted users in your list.
