New Estimate
Users can now create a new estimate inside Buildlogic without having to first import and copy another estimate,
There is now a +New button in the estimates screen, which will create a new blank estimate labeled with a job default job number of today's date, which can be updated by the user who creates the estimate.
Send Purchase From Mobile
Site supervisor suite users will be able to send purchase orders from the mobile application straight to the accounting system, providing they are allowed access from the user functions.
If a user has the function "send purchase to accounting system" enabled under the site supervisor suite functions, they will be able to send purchases direct from the mobile to the accounting system. These purchases will operate in Buildlogic the same as a normal purchase order would.
Allow Ignore AS Feed Transaction
If this function is enabled for a user (System > User & License > Edit > Core module > Allow ignore AS feed transaction - function.
The user will be able to mark transactions to be ignored in the AS feed,
This function can be used for transactions in your AS feed that are not required and you are having trouble getting rid of.
It will stop the selected transactions from appearing in the AS feed.
Select your transaction and in the other functions menu, select "Ignore this transaction"
Application Access on Mobile Devices
We are currently working on making the website more accessible on mobile devices, this is a work in progress, however users should now more easily be able to navigate through the basics of the web program on mobile devices.
