Document Register Distribution Control
The document register has been upgraded, to allow users to more effectively control who gets documents, this new system will also indicate, to the Buildlogic user, when the attached document was viewed and downloaded by the recipient. These dates will continue to update, each time a recipient opens a document.
Users will notice this information in a new table, inside each document register entry. Buildlogic users can add as many recipients as necessary for each document and track when they have received and downloaded the documents.
The document register index has a column, that will allow you to get a quick summary of how many users the documents were sent to, along with how many recipients have viewed and downloaded. Allowing the user to get a quick summary of the situation.
Subcontract activity log Extended
Subcontract activity log has been extended to include email sends with recipients,
Users will now be able to see when a subcontract or subcontract claim have been emailed and who it was sent to
PS Indication Estimating
Estimates will now indicate whether or not they have any provisional trades
Copy Non-Working Days
Non-working days can now be copied from one year into the next, this will be useful for public holidays that tend not to change or occur every year and just need to have the date corrected, hopefully will save on some data entry.
Users can select an entry and use the "copy to next year" button to create a new entry for the following year.
Report Background Colours
Report background colours will now edit custom excel reports
