Unsubmitted Timesheets

The Unsubmitted Timesheets screen allows users to view, edit, and submit timesheets that have not yet been submitted.
Users can review their entries for a selected period, make corrections, and submit them to supervisors for confirmation.

Main Action

  • Submit and Confirm Selected – Submits the selected timesheet for approval
This action submits and confirms timesheets at once, be sure that all times are correct before confirming as they cannot be edited after confirmation.



Timesheet Grid – Field Definitions

Each row represents an individual timesheet entry.
  • Date – Date of the work performed
  • Name – Employee name
  • Job – Job associated with the work
  • Trade – Trade or work category
  • Cost Code – Cost classification
  • Reference – Additional tracking reference
  • Hours – Number of hours worked
  • Notes – Optional description of work
  • Submitted? – Indicates if the timesheet has been submitted
  • Confirmed? – Indicates if the timesheet has been approved


Grid Toolbar Actions

  • Edit – Open the selected timesheet for editing
  • Refresh – Reload the grid data
  • Export– Export data to:
    • PDF
    • DOCX
    • RTF
    • XLSX
  • Search – Filter results using keyword search

Submission Process

  1. Select a timesheet from the grid
  2. Click Submit and Confirm Selected
  3. Confirm submission when prompted
  4. The timesheet is sent to the supervisor for approval


Tips

  • Review all entries before submitting
  • Ensure hours match totals to avoid errors
  • Use edit to fix mistakes before submission
  • Submit timesheets regularly to avoid delays
