Timesheet Review
The Timesheet Review screen allows users to review submitted timesheets, export reports, and send timesheet data to the accounting system.
Access
- Navigate to Timesheets
- Select Timesheet Review
Filters
- Time Sheet Weekly Start – Select the week to review. All submitted timesheets for that week will be displayed.
- Client Accounting System – Select the accounting system the timesheets are allocated to
Use the Refresh button to load timesheets based on the selected filters.

Actions
- Refresh – Reloads the timesheet grid using the selected filters
- Export – Generates an Excel report of the timesheet data for the selected week
- Send to Accounting – Sends the selected timesheets to the connected accounting system

Timesheet Grid
- Timesheet User – The user who submitted the timesheet
- Time Sheet Date – The week the timesheet relates to
- Job Number – The job the time was allocated to
- Wage Category – The classification of labour
Totals are automatically calculated to assist with validation before exporting or sending.
Each column can be filtered if you want to review data.

Notes
- Ensure the correct week is selected before exporting or sending
- Sending timesheets creates entries in the accounting system
- Changes after sending may require manual adjustments
- The system won't send duplicates so if one person had errors that have been corrected you can re-send
- Timesheets can be unlinked from the confirm timesheets page if you want to re-send all of them
- If hours are splitting incorrectly it could relate to the timesheet type on the users contact card or the timesheet type setup
Troubleshooting
- No data displayed – Check filters and refresh, check user and contact setup
- Export failed – Ensure browser downloads are enabled
- Send to Accounting failed – Verify system connection
