1. Gantt Chart - There have been quite a few enhancements added to the Gantt Chart function. Please go to Help, bottom left of the screen in the web version and type in Gantt. The updated document will be available to download.
Estimate details - Adding a Note - When entering lines in an Estimate, you will notice if you don't enter all information compulsory fields are highlight. If you want to a Note to the Estimate detail, type in the description and tab to the unit column, select Note and tab to the next column, Rate. Do not tab any further. Select the Save Changes and this line will then be saved.
2. Commitments Report Changes - The commitments paid by Trade and Reference Code report has been updated to provide clearer clarification of the figures. A new column has been added - Retention. The Amount incl Retention column is the total of the payment and the Retention Amount column shows how much of the total amount is retention.
3. Provision Sum Letting Details Report - a new column has been added to this report to show Over Soends. A total of the over spends is also shown at the bottom of the report.
