RFI (Request for Information) Index Screen
The RFI List screen is used to manage and track all Requests for Information (RFIs) within the system.
It provides visibility of all RFIs, their status, due dates, and communication flow between parties.

Toolbar Actions
- New – Create a new RFI for the selected job.
- Edit – Open the selected RFI for editing.
- Delete – Remove the selected RFI (with confirmation prompt).
- Refresh – Reload the RFI list.
- Copy RFI – Duplicate an existing RFI to reuse structure or content.
- Export– Export RFI data to formats such as:
- Word (DOCX)
- RTF
- Excel (XLSX)
- Search – Quickly find RFIs by keyword.
- Show Completed RFIs – Toggle visibility of completed/closed RFIs.
- Save Layout – Save grid layout preferences (columns, sorting, etc.)
Toolbar actions allow full lifecycle management and reporting of RFIs.

RFI Grid – Field Definitions
- Number – Unique identifier for the RFI.
- Description – Summary of the information requested.
- Date – Date the RFI was created.
- Date Due – Expected response or completion date.
- From – Originating company or user.
- To – Recipient responsible for responding to the RFI.
- Status – Current progress of the RFI.
These fields provide full visibility into communication and response tracking.
