Edit document register documents

Users can now make edits to their files stored in the document register, directly through Buildlogic,

There is a new functional security setting under "Core" called "can edit document register attachments"

This setting allows the user to make edits and save new versions,

A user can navigate to their document register document and hit the pencil icon to make an edit,

This will open a screen with various settings along the top, allowing the user to make any edits that are necessary and save a new version.

When an edit is made and saved, the system automatically saves a copy of the document as it was before the edit, for historical data, this can be accessed by toggling the "show current only" check box. The most up to date edit will be displayed automatically,

Delete all claim stages

We've added the ability to delete many claim stages at once, previously a user would have to delete any unrequired stages one at a time, now you can select multiple and from the other functions meny you are able to delete any selected claim stages.

Column picker added to more screens: Job Trade List, Estimate Trade List

Users can now hide columns in the job and estimate trade lists, if they would prefer to be able to choose what information they see on these screens, users can make use of the column picker to hide unnecessary columns,

To make use of this feature a user can open the column picker by hitting the button pictured above, then the user can drag any columns they would like to hide into the column chooser window. If you decide you want the columns back at a later date, they can be dragged from the column chooser back into the table.

Trade colour in estimate trade list

Users can now colour code their trades in their estimate list, this could be useful for keeping track of the status of trades during the quoting process or for any other tracking needs, it operates similar to the line colour option in the estimate detail list, select a line/s and choose a colour to code them.
